Who is NG Crafts?

Hi, it’s me—Nicole Grebosz, your crafty mama behind NG Crafts, LLC. Since I was a little girl, I loved “making things” like my mom. When I became a mom, I wanted to do all the fun crafting projects for my son’s birthday and other holidays/celebrations. My husband has always been supportive of my crazy passions and surprised me with my very first heat press for Christmas 2016—thus beginning our matching shirt era. Thanks to his and our families’ support and contributions, I was gifted the most amazing surprise for my birthday in 2020—a Glowforge Laser! This laser has allowed my creativity to expand to so many materials and projects. My just-for-fun crafting turned into custom requests from family, friends, and local organizations and thus, NG Crafts officially became NG Crafts, LLC in 2023.

What we do:

  • laser-engraved wood artwork, photos, frames, ornaments, keychains, decor, etc.

  • resin art with keychains, bookmarks and earrings

  • custom-design clothing using vinyl, sublimation, and direct-to-film transfers

  • earrings, bracelets, lanyards, wristlets

  • custom bridal, school-spirit and baby items

Processing & Shipping

As a mom, teacher by day and crafter by night, our processing times are 2-3 business days on stock and some personalized items. Custom creations are a 1-2 week processing time.

If you need expedited processing, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate your need.

Shipping: Ground (3-5 days) or 2nd Day Air.

Refund & Return policy

We provide a 30 day return policy from purchase date on NON-CUSTOM or NON-PERSONALIZED items.

If you are requesting a refund, you must email us at ngcraftsshop@gmail.com.

All items must be returned in original condition with product packaging. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping will be deducted from your total return amount. Remaining refund will be returned to original payment method. Please allow 3-5 days for return to process once your items have been received for return review.

For personalized or custom items, we DO NOT offer returns.
